Dear MoveOn member,
Ben and Jerry here, the ice cream guys.
Andra, we're not here to talk about ice cream … yet. Instead, we need to talk about Big Money taking control of our politics. And as the 2024 presidential election season gets underway, billionaires and corporate interests are back at it again, trying to use their wealth to influence our elections.
Billionaires are backing all the major candidates—directly or through shadowy Super PACs—and it's all a reminder that a handful of ultrawealthy people want to use their fortunes to seize our democracy. It's also a reminder of how toxic our system can become when billionaires and corporations are given free rein and of why it is so important that we get Big Money out of politics.
Which is why we're partnering with MoveOn and asking you to join us in rubber-stamping your money with the message "Stamp Money Out of Politics." It's totally legal, and every stamped bill becomes a mini billboard that is seen by an average of 875 people as it gets passed around.
Wow! An awesome dollar-decorator rubber stamp, a chance to help out MoveOn, and a possibility of winning ice cream for a year—all while saving our democracy? Hard to resist!
Seriously, Andra, this is a great way to protest Big Money in politics.
These mini billboards stay in circulation for 2.5 years, and each bill you stamp is viewed by nearly 1,000 people.
And when you chip in, you're not just getting a self-inking "Stamp Money Out of Politics" rubber stamp in return—you're also fueling MoveOn's efforts to elect leaders who will fight for all of us, not just the wealthy, and to defeat billionaire-backed Republicans like Donald Trump who want to turn back the clock on progress.
Oh, and you'll also be entered into a drawing to win free Ben & Jerry's ice cream for a year!
We've been at this Stamp Stampede work for years. It's catchy. It's impactful. And it's fun! Actually, more than 100,000 MoveOn members have joined our protest and stamped millions of bills. Will you join us?
Thanks for all you do.

Want to support MoveOn's work? Book bans have skyrocketed thanks to right-wing state laws which have forced teachers to remove books from their classrooms. In response, MoveOn is launching a "Banned Bookmobile," filling it with books that the far right has banned, and driving it around to hand out those books, for free, in highly trafficked areas that will attract media attention. To keep the Banned Bookmobile up and running into 2024, we need your help.
Will you chip in to power our critical work?
