We have exciting news to share, Pamela. Over the past four years, we've witnessed that tremendous change is possible when everyday people rise up together, take to the streets by the millions, and care for one another. Through the negligence and cruelty of this administration, historic numbers of people were awakened to not only take action, but to show up for each other and our communities. It is the people who defeated Trump and have put forth the solutions that provide jobs and health care to millions and protect our planet. Now it is the people's vision that must be moved forward by the Biden Administration over the next four years. That's why Women's March is proud to be part of a powerful coalition known as The Frontline with groups like the Movement For Black Lives to set the tone for the next four years of our government and beyond. On January 16-18 – two days before Biden's inauguration – The Frontline is organizing #ForwardTogether, a series of virtual events to share our vision for the future and demand the immediate care and long term investments our communities deserve. Will you add your name to let us know you're in and we'll send you more information about the #ForwardTogether activities planned for January 16-18? Given spiking COVID rates across the country, these events will look different – but it's even more important at this transitional moment in history that we come together as a broader movement and align ourselves on the work ahead. You'll be able to participate virtually no matter where you are. During this difficult time, we need to see and feel our strength more than ever, and #ForwardTogether promises to do just that. Not only is the timing before inauguration significant, but also January 18 marks the national celebration of MLK day. We'll honor the work to #ReclaimMLK that the Movement for Black Lives started 6 years ago and join with our movement partners to uplift shared solutions that center care and confront white supremacy. Sign up now to join us virtually on January 16-18 to show that the people have the answers, the path, and the power. In solidarity, Women's March |
