Today, we're excited to share one of our most expansive efforts yet.
Powered by People is joining the Texas Democratic Party and the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats to reach out and contact every Black voter in Texas through the Black Voter Outreach Initiative.
The votes of Black Texans have been suppressed by Republicans and taken for granted by Democrats for far too long. That's why we're individually reaching out to every single Black voter in the state — to make sure that they are registered to vote and to elevate the voices of Black candidates.
This is the most important election of our lives, and every vote matters. And with less than 100 days to go until Election Day, we all need to do the work, starting now. Will you volunteer a couple hours of your time this week to call voters?
