That's a stark reality – and one I wish wasn't the case – but it's what we're up against, and we've made the choice to face it head on and win. In our latest cases – Rhode Island and Maryland – we're fighting the same dangerous demand from Trump's Department of Justice: a push for states to turn over their full voter rolls, including names, addresses, and partial Social Security and driver's license numbers. Once that data leaves state control, it could be misused, handed over to DOGE, or weaponized for political gain. That's why we're in court to stop this – and protect your privacy and your vote. And just a few weeks ago, we took legal action in Minnesota and Pennsylvania. We even stopped Nebraska from going along with his request after we filed suit in that state against this same kind of unlawful federal data grab.
