Would it surprise you to hear that one of the USO’s most popular programs is Gaming? Thanks to military supporters like you, we provide over 1 million gaming experiences to service members and their families each year.

These gaming moments do more than entertain; they make a life-changing difference during some of our service members’ toughest times. Here’s how:

Gaming supports mental health. Coping with the stress of service and deployment can be overwhelming. Boosting mental health and morale is a key part of our mission, and recent studies show that video games can have a positive impact on mental well-being.

Gaming strengthens connection. From helping a service member bond with their peers, to building community among military families on base, to helping loved ones stay connected from across the world, our gaming programs bring people together, creating joy and camaraderie.

Gaming provides a small slice of normal life. When deployed, service members are constantly facing the pressures and dangers of their duties. Gaming provides a much-needed escape, offering a moment of respite from the daily challenges of military life.

Your support makes it possible for us to provide access to gaming equipment and create gaming programs around the world. This year, we introduced Rapid Response Gaming Kits, designed to withstand even the harshest environments, ensuring service members can play no matter where they are.

As we continue to deliver over 1 million gaming experiences each year, we rely on generous donations from people like youWe. Will you please donate $29 or more today to help us continue supporting our heroes and their families?

Thank you for all you do to show members of our military and their families that they are not forgotten.

—The USO
