What could be determined in less than two weeks?

 

Whether we'll have a Democratic Congress that moves to codify the protections of Roe into law, or a Republican Congress that pushes a national abortion ban.

 

Whether we'll have Democratic governors who protect and expand reproductive health, or Republican governors who bring back laws—sometimes centuries old—criminalizing abortion.

 

Whether we push for more people to have more freedom over their health decisions. Or whether, as Dr. Oz put it, these matters should be left to "women, their doctors, and their local politicians."¹

 

Something we all know for sure: Nobody wants local politicians in the room with you and your health care provider as you make decisions about your health, your body, and your family.

 

Simply put, what's on the line is our freedom to determine our own futures.

 

 

The vast majority of Americans want to protect and expand access to abortion. Since the Trump-packed, illegitimate Supreme Court overturned Roe, we've seen huge voter registration spikes among the Americans who could lose their rights. Voters are turning out to stop a referendum attacking abortion rights in Kansas and to help Democrats win close special elections from New York to Alaska.²

 

When we show up, we win.
