Tomorrow, Greg Abbott's dangerous abortion ban officially goes into effect. It is the most extreme ban in America, and outlaws abortion beginning at conception with no exception for rape or incest.
We need to hold Abbott fully accountable for all of his extremism and his constant attacks on the people of Texas. That's why it's absolutely critical that we reach our $1,485,000 fundraising goal for TV ads before midnight tonight — that's about the cost of running one ad in Texas' four major TV markets for just one week.
So much is on the line with this election. We know that Beto can win in November, but we have to get really serious about what it's going to take to get us there. Abbott's already spent over $8 million on TV ads and we have to make sure we have the resources to get Beto's message out to millions of voters.
