Help me give the people of Texas another reason to believe that we can win this race.
There are a lot of Texans who believe in what we're doing, but aren't sure that we can raise the resources to get it done. They know that a Democrat hasn't won a statewide election in Texas since 1994 and they are aware that Abbott already has more than $55 million in the bank. They're going to sit this one out unless we give them a reason to believe.
Our fundraising total will become public in January. If we post a strong number, it will bring these skeptical voters off of the sidelines and into the fight.
It's up to us to show them that we have what it takes.
