Will you add your name before midnight to CONDEMN Trump for his outrageous, racist statements?!
We’re sick to our stomachs. In a move LONG overdue, the city of Richmond, VA, just removed its statue honoring Confederate General Robert E. Lee. And what did Donald Trump do in the aftermath? He released a DISGUSTING statement CONDEMNING its removal! He called the statue BEAUTIFUL. He called Lee a GENIUS. And he pushed RACIST talking points about American history. We’re horrified at this latest Trump outburst. And even worse, Trump appears to be actively exploring a THIRD campaign for the White House -- where he’d be able to push his racist agenda once again. These kinds of statements are disqualifying for anyone seeking to hold elected office at ANY level -- let alone the presidency. So it’s on us to rise up and call out Trump for his actions. That’s why we’re calling on 10,000 grassroots Democrats to sign on and let us know they CONDEMN Trump for his outrageous, racist statements PRAISING Robert E.
