I'm coming to you right now for your $1 and your help.    Our House Democrats are very capable.   -They’ve passed bills to curb gun violence, combat violence against women, reform our elections, and get dark money out of politics.   -They’ve passed legislation to address bread-and-butter issues.  -At the same time, they’re exercising We The People's power of oversight.   House Democrats are doing their jobs!    In contrast, the Republicans and the Trump Administration are obstructing all requests for the truth and making claims that are objectively, provably, not true.      Republicans saying they’re being transparent is not the same as actually being transparent.   Since the limited release of the redacted Mueller report and the accompanying blizzard of “alternative facts,” I’m wondering which abuse of power in plain sight by this president and his cohorts will be one too many for elected Republicans.     So far, their answer appears to be none.   MY answer is to do everything I can to help elect even more Democrats to the House in 2O2O.
