Huge update:
A federal judge has dismissed the case from conservative Texas donors about throwing out 127,000 early-vote ballots in Harris County. This means those votes will be counted tomorrow!
This is a big deal, even though those ballots never should have been challenged in the first place. But the fact that they were challenged means something: Republicans are scared of losing Texas.
Flipping Texas is within reach – we just have to turn out the voters. Can you make calls with Beto and our special guests tomorrow to turn out Texans before the polls close?

The other side is fighting nasty, challenging ballots and spreading misinformation. But we're not going to get wrapped up in those fights. Remember, they wouldn't be doing all of this if Texas wasn't within reach. We must keep our heads down, get the work done, and turn out as many voters as possible tomorrow.
