Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats just took action to combat "the existential threat" of climate change. The newly passed legislation would require Trump to uphold America's commitment -- made under President Obama -- to reduce how much carbon we emit into our atmosphere. But Mitch McConnell appears likely to block Democrats AGAIN. We can't let McConnell win.
