Dear MoveOn member,
They thought fear would silence us. Instead, we're getting louder.
Yesterday, Americans across the country participated in a National Shutdown—no work, no school, no shopping—joining the extraordinary resistance that's been building for weeks. In Minneapolis, tens of thousands of people marched in subzero temperatures. Hundreds of local businesses shut down in solidarity. Thousands of courageous young people took to the streets, together. And those acts of resistance were replicated in communities all across the country, from South Portland, Maine, to Boise, Idaho, to Pensacola, Florida.
In city after city and town after town, people are refusing to let ICE operate in the shadows.
ICE and CBP have already murdered, among others, Renee Good, a 37-year-old mother of three; Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse; Keith Porter Jr.; and Silverio Villegas González.1 But instead of terrorizing us into silence, these killings have sparked a resistance we haven't seen in generations—and it's spreading to every corner of the country.
To help make the resistance highly visible, day in and day out, in neighborhoods across the country, MoveOn created lawn signs that declare, "Ice Out Of Our Neighborhoods" and "Immigrants Welcome Here." Get yours today, while supplies last!
Click here to order your lawn sign today. Put one in your yard or window. Let your neighbors know where you stand. Help spread courage and build the visible movement that will get ICE out of neighborhoods, everywhere.
Every dollar from these signs goes directly to powering MoveOn's work to get ICE out of our communities—supporting local leaders, organizing protests by the hundreds, and fighting tooth and nail to demand that Congress stop this madness, block even a single additional penny to ICE, and get ICE out of our communities.
Here's the truth Trump and Stephen Miller don't want us to remember: We are stronger than ICE. When we stand together, when we refuse to let fear silence us, when we show up for our neighbors, when we make it clear that immigrants are welcome here, we become unstoppable.
This isn't just about lawn signs. It's about showing every immigrant family in America that they're not alone. It's about building the kind of community where ICE can't operate in the shadows. It's about all of us declaring: not in our neighborhoods, not on our watch.
Get your sign. No yard? Put it in your window. Show your solidarity. Let's shut ICE down, together.
Thanks for all you do.
–Elizabeth, Allison, Nadia, Isbah, and the rest of the team
P.S. Can't afford a sign right now? That's OK! Keep showing up however you can: Organize with your neighbors, document ICE activity, support local immigrant defense networks. Every act of resistance matters.
