January 22 should have marked the 50th anniversary of Roe protecting abortion rights in our country. Instead, because the Trump-packed Supreme Court overturned Roe, we are seeing unprecedented attacks by right-wing legislators, from abortion bans to criminalizing those who seek and provide abortions.¹

It's clear the extremists on the illegitimate right-wing court will continue their attacks. They'll go after contraception rights and LGBTQ+ equality, while also passing rulings to subvert our democracy, expand corporate power, and undermine workers' rights.

Will you mark the 50th anniversary of Roe and show you're committed to the fight to expand abortion access and abortion rights by calling for the rebalancing and expansion of the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court has been hijacked by right-wing power grabs and stolen seats—and its Trump-appointed justices took away abortion rights, while also undermining voting rights, civil rights, and more. Democrats must expand the Supreme Court in order to rebalance it.

President Biden must appoint new justices and expand the court in order to rebalance it against the stolen seats and unprecedented right-wing power grabs—and in doing so, help fight for abortion rights, voting rights, worker rights, regulations on corporate power, and so much more.
