Trump has taken an agency that was created to treat immigrants as inhuman terrorists, and encouraged its worst impulses, creating a standing domestic army to terrorize anyone they suspect to be an immigrant. This has led to family separation, widespread sexual assault, and now, forced sterilizations. There's no coming back from this. ICE needs to be dismantled, root and branch.
