| Tell America: "Donald Trump is an illegitimate President, and every nomination and appointment he made is illegitimate as well." | Friend, Donald Trump is a stain on the United States of America that could take decades to wash off. His racist, authoritarian, anti-democratic agenda has destroyed trust with our allies, sown division among Americans, and made us all worse off. Oh, and he was only elected with assistance from a hostile foreign government. Now, he's announced a plan to defraud the American people by preventing the counting of valid, legal ballots because he believes it's the only way he can win. We must stop his scheme―and then we must send a message to the world and to his allies that no one like Donald Trump can be allowed near the White House again. Rather than allowing Trump's allies to pocket the ill-gotten gains that they achieved during the past four years, his signature on every law and appointment should be considered as illegitimate as his presidency. No judges. No tax cuts. No executive orders. ADD YOUR NAME: Every Trump appointee must be removed from every level of government at which they serve. No lifetime appointments for traitors. That includes Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and whomever Trump and McConnell rams through to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Gorsuch's seat was stolen from Merrick Garland, Kavanaugh perjured himself during his confirmation hearings, and the Ginsburg vacancy only appeared after votes have already been cast for Trump's successor. But even if they were all shining beacons of virtue, Trump is illegitimate, and everything he has done in office must be fully expunged. There should be no prizes for empowering a man who would destroy American democracy to soothe his own ego. The Trump administration has seen unprecedented staff turnover, as qualified career staff has resigned in disgust at Trump's conduct. At the same time, Mitch McConnell has pushed through a record number of judicial confirmations, after holding open an extraordinary number of vacancies during the Obama administrations, explicitly so that Traitor Trump could fill them. Every one of those judges is illegitimate, and must be removed. ADD YOUR NAME: Every single person appointed or nominated to a government position during the Trump administration must be removed. When Joe Biden wins in November, it will be tempting for him to freeze firings in an attempt to stabilize the government. But what this does instead is entrench Trumpists―and send a message to our allies that Trump's corruption is now business as usual in America. And it would send a message to anyone aspiring to be the next Trump that there is no winning with a criminal, white supremacist president.
