States are SUING Big Pharma!

Someone has to stand up to the drug company cartels.

Tell Congress:

"These drug company executives knowingly committed billions of dollars in fraud against patients. This corruption is inexcusable. Hold Big Pharma accountable!"

For years, executives from generic pharmaceutical manufacturers systematically conspired to fix prices, all while many Americans were dying because they couldn't afford their medications. This outrageous pattern of behavior is not an outlier, but the natural result of policy choices which prioritize the pursuit of profits over the well-being of patients.

An ongoing antitrust investigation revealed that executives from some generic pharmaceutical manufacturers were, in the words of Connecticut's Attorney General, "in constant communication, colluding to fix prices and restrain competition as though it were a standard course of business."[1]

Ask Congress: These drug company executives defrauded the public for billions of dollars! How could you let this happen?!

Connecticut's lawsuit goes on to say that these rogue executives "took steps to evade accountability, using code words and warning each other to avoid email and detection." They knowingly broke the law, then engaged in a brazen coverup. As a result, prices were artificially pumped up for dozens of generic topical products used to treat skin conditions, pain, and allergies.

Someone has to stand up to the drug company cartels. It's clearer than ever that the entire system is rotten. As more of Big Pharma's corruption is exposed, it's time to push back. Help us replace Big Pharma's rigged game with a new model that prioritizes patients and public health.

Tell Congress: Stand up to drug company corruption, or we'll find someone who will!

Thanks,

Alex Lawson
