This isn't the email I wanted to send you

This is too urgent to avoid asking you. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌
Friend, I have a blunt request for you:

Will you please chip in $5 to the DSCC before you do anything else tonight? Frankly, we're on the verge of missing our goal of bringing on 5,000 new donors this month, and failure is just not an option. >>

Honestly, this isn't the email I hoped to send you today, but I don't have many other options.

While many grassroots supporters have stepped up to make sure we have the resources to beat Mitch McConnell and flip the Senate, it hasn't been quite enough.

And right now, Mitch McConnell is preparing to pummel our Democratic candidates with misleading ads funded by super PACs and their billionaire donors. In some of our battleground states, the attack ads have already started.

I know we can beat them -- not only because we have great candidates, like Mark Kelly (D) in Arizona and Sara Gideon (D) in Maine, but also because we have supporters like you.

I need your help and your $5, friend. Please, chip in right away and help us bring on 5,000 new donors before the quarter is over. Every dollar will help the DSCC oust Mitch McConnell as majority leader and flip the Senate.>>

I'll be requesting a fundraising update tomorrow morning from Scott, our Executive Director, and I really hope this email leads to progress.

Thanks for your support,

Chuck
