YES NO BREAKING: The entire Affordable Care Act is on the line in "the country’s most conservative appeals court." Republicans have been pushing a Trump-backed lawsuit to tear down the Affordable Care Act -- INCLUDING protections for coverage of pre-existing conditions. And now they have a real chance of succeeding. If they win, more than 20 million Americans could be kicked off their health care plans. But Senate Republicans are REFUSING to oppose the lawsuit -- and Susan Collins even voted against requiring the Trump administration to disclose the lawsuit’s harmful effects! This lawsuit endangers health coverage that countless American families rely on, so by midnight tonight, we need 75,000 Democrats to let us know: Do you believe we need to protect coverage for pre-existing conditions? YESNO
