Kavanaugh's first attack on reproductive rights

Team,

Susan Collins (R) was 100% wrong about Brett Kavanaugh.

Right before she voted for him, she gave a big speech about how he would follow precedent and not undermine reproductive rights. He went against that the first chance he got. This month when the Supreme Court reviewed an anti-choice Louisiana law that was nearly identical to one from Texas that they struck down a few years ago, Kavanaugh voted to uphold the law.

Collins chose to shut her eyes to Kavanaugh's anti-choice record. Let's make sure she can't put any more justices like him on the Supreme Court.

We need to raise $400,000 before February is over. Pitch in to defeat Susan Collins, flip the Senate, and save the Supreme Court >>

Collins can't claim ignorance to Kavanaugh's anti-choice track record. As a circuit judge, he tried to block a teenage girl who had fled her abusive family and been taken into immigration custody from obtaining an abortion.

But there's a pretty clear case for why Collins shut her eyes to the truth: She had the most successful fundraising quarter of her career after her big speech defending Kavanaugh.

And now she's doing it again. After Kavanaugh's recent vote against precedent for reproductive rights, she told the press he took a "logical approach."

Enough. Chip in $1 to help reach our end-of-month fundraising goal so we can defeat Susan Collins and flip the Senate.

Thanks,

Team DSCC
