And just this morning the Ways & Means committee in the House moved forward the tax portion of this budget, and now Republicans will be moving quickly to get the provisions through the GOP's majority. It's the same playbook we've seen from Trump and his Republican allies in Congress during the passage of the 2017 tax package: grow their power, dismantle our democracy and support systems, and leave regular people behind.
