Let's be clear, Elon Musk is using his billionaire-status to manipulate this election in favor of Trump. This is a clear violation of election laws and it is a federal crime. He must be investigated NOW.

I just wanted to make sure that you saw this email. Elon Musk is violating election laws by using his massive wealth to tip the scales in favor of Trump, offering $1 million a day through Election Day to voters in swing states that could decide the outcome of the election.¹

It's illegal, unacceptable, and he must be investigated NOW. Will you sign the petition?

Momentum and pressure are building: Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro says that Musk's $1 million giveaway does "raise serious questions" and is "deeply concerning."² Even former Republican lawmakers, Justice Department officials, and advisers have written a letter asking United States Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate Musk.³

And on Wednesday, news broke that the Department of Justice warned Elon Musk's PAC that this giveaway may be illegal.⁴

This is a good first step, but the Department of Justice needs to take it one step further by launching an investigation into Elon Musk for attempting to bribe voters and buy votes in key swing states NOW. Click here to sign the petition and then send it to three friends to spread the word.

Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, who has already given more than $75 MILLION to elect Trump, is offering $1 MILLION a DAY through Election Day to registered voters in key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina in efforts of boosting voter registration in favor of Trump.⁵

We won't mince words: This is illegal, a federal crime, and a violation of election laws.

Will you sign the petition to demand that Elon Musk be swiftly investigated for attempting to use his massive wealth to bribe voters NOW?

The Justice Department's election crimes manual states that "Paying voters for registering to vote, or for voting, in elections in which a federal candidate is on the ballot" is basis for federal prosecution.⁶

And as if giving away $1 million a day weren't enough, Musk is also offering $100 to registered voters in Pennsylvania who sign his pro-Trump PAC petition, and he had previously offered $47 to any voters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina who referred their friends to the petition.⁷ Let's be clear: Elon Musk is using his billionaire status to manipulate this election in favor of Trump. This is a clear violation of election laws, and it is a federal crime.

Several legal experts and former Department of Justice officials agree that this is illegal. There is no time to waste. Elon Musk must be investigated NOW before it's too late.

In 2017, Donald Trump and Republicans passed a law that would give the ultra wealthy a $2.3 TRILLION tax break.⁸ Now, America's 748 billionaires are worth a collective $5 TRILLION, up 77% in just seven years.⁹

Make no mistake about it: Elon Musk knows that if Donald Trump wins, he and his billionaire buddies will continue to get richer at the expense of workers, with no accountability. This is why he has gone all in on Trump, attending Trump rallies and even starting a pro-Trump Super PAC, a political action committee that can raise an unlimited amount of money with no restrictions on who donates.¹⁰

Trump himself has publicly shared that he would offer Musk a Cabinet position, and Elon's already made it clear that he would accept and says he "can't wait" to work for a Trump White House.¹¹ Jacobin reports that if Trump wins and Elon Musk gets appointed to a Cabinet position, he "could reap one of the largest personalized tax breaks in American history.^"12
