Late last month, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals delivered oral arguments challenging the new program. Thankfully, the judge expressed skepticism about Boehringer's argument and the proposed harm the pharmaceutical company claimed it would face. It's the latest blow to pharma in court – and another sign that they should drop their lawsuits.
