State GOP extremists are continuing to attack reproductive rights. They're even trying to rewrite the rules to get away with their radical power grab. Join us to help fight back → Pamela, We've all seen the despicable attacks on reproductive rights in the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. States have banned abortion completely and even targeted women who travel to other states to get life-saving reproductive care. About 1-in-3 women of reproductive age live in a state with an abortion ban, according to recent estimates. But it doesn't end there. GOP extremists in states across the country are continuing their attacks on our most fundamental freedoms – even on our democracy. In Kansas, voters decided to protect abortion rights at the ballot box, winning an August 2022 referendum by nearly 20 points. But extremists in the state legislature are now trying to overturn the will of voters. In Ohio, where Indivisible activists helped pass an abortion rights amendment, Republican state legislators are seeking to strip judges of their power to interpret and enforce those rights. In Florida, the Republican state Attorney General is suing to block an abortion rights initiative from getting on the ballot -- even though it has more than enough signatures to qualify. We won't sit back as these out-of-touch extremists attack our most fundamental rights. We're organizing in these states and across the country to stop these power grabs and defeat these extremist Republicans at the ballot box.
