That means we’re well-equipped to continue making life-changing progress for children this year, including supporting children in crisis, keeping them safe and healthy and increasing access to quality education. Because of your kind support, children like 12-year-old Anton* and 3-year-old Alina* have hope for a brighter future. Forced to flee their home by the war in Ukraine, they now live in a rented apartment in Poltava and are separated from their father who was forced to return to their hometown for work even though the family’s apartment was destroyed by shelling. Spending time at a Save the Children-supported art center provides a much-needed distraction from the war and a creative outlet to help them process their experiences.  As we work to help more children overcome unimaginable hardships like war, disaster, poverty and hunger, we could not be more grateful for the supporters who make up our exclusive Leadership Circle.
