You might recognize me as a member of the U.S. Senate, or the former governor of Virginia. A handful of you might know me as the former mayor of Richmond. And I'll bet some of you know me as the vice presidential nominee in 2016. But you may not know that between those roles, I proudly served as chair of the DNC.
What I learned while serving as chair of our party remains true to this day: hundreds of Democratic candidates -- from the very top of the ticket down to the local level -- rely on our national party for vital tools and resources, and this year is no exception. Candidates are relying on our support to help them finish this election strong, which is why I'm coming to you today.
It looks like you haven't chipped in yet. With just 11 days until Election Day -- and with voters across the country already casting their ballots -- the DNC is counting on your support.
Will you pitch in $25 to the DNC ahead of Monday's crucial end-of-month deadline? This is the final fundraising deadline before polls close, so we don't have a moment to waste.
