Pass the Automatic Boost to Communities (ABC) Act to deliver recurring, direct $2,000 payments to everyone in the U.S. | Pamela, A few weeks ago, Americans watched the suspenseful process of legislating that would determine whether we would get additional survival checks. At the last minute, Congress cut eligibility for a slew of people. There's a better way to get around Congressional gridlock and get the people the help that they need: Automatic payments. Reps Rashida Tlaib and Pramila Jayapal introduced the ABC Act to make $2,000 survival checks a monthly occurrence until the end of the pandemic. SIGN NOW: Demand $2,000 monthly checks until the end of the pandemic! One-time checks made some sense at the beginning of the pandemic, when we thought we would turn a corner any day. But the longer this drags on, the harder it is to see the end. But we're still at the mercy of a Congress made up of millionaires. Become a grassroots co-sponsor of the ABC Act and demand monthly survival checks until the pandemic ends! Thanks, Mike Phelan Progress America |
