I’m humbly asking one last time before tomorrow’s critical deadline:   Can I count on your $1 to elect a Democratic House to stop this dangerous President? >> I’ve overcome a whole lot of injustice in my lifetime.   I spilled my blood on the bridge in Selma to overcome racial injustice.   I had my skull bashed in by Alabama State Troopers to overcome hatred.   I was held in a tiny jail cell, never knowing if I would be released, to overcome inequality.   And believe me when I say we as a nation shall overcome this dangerous President, too.   As I watch him erode the freedoms I nearly died to build, I know it’s time for us to rise up and demand change. That change must be electing a Democratic House. I know it’s the only way to save our country from this President’s injustice.   It won’t happen unless a movement of people rise up together to demand it -- so I’m asking 19,283 strong patriots to step up.   I wouldn’t ask again if this End of Month Deadline wasn’t the biggest we’ve ever faced together.
