blanket immunity from climate accountability.

Big Oil and their cronies are gearing up to secure a "liability waiver," which would give them immunity from the climate superfund legislation and litigation that are aiming to hold them accountable for the damage they've knowingly caused to our climate and communities.
Industries have a history of asking Congress to block state initiatives they don't like. The gun industry has done this before and Big Oil may try to follow the same playbook. We can't let it happen.
