I'm writing about candidates for Congress I'm excited to support. I hope you'll support them too.

It's Ben, co-founder of Ben & Jerry's. Yup, the ice cream guy.

 

Today, though, I'm not churning ice cream. I'm churning political change—by throwing my support behind principled, courageous, progressive change-makers in Congress who need our help to get reelected.

 

Like the ice cream concoctions Jerry and I have made, these members of Congress are bold, abundant, and delicious. That's why I'm excited to be presenting you with Representative Summer Lee, the first of 2024's "Ben's Flavor Picks." 

 

Rep. This year's flavor picks have served admirably in Congress—pushing the Democratic Party to take strong, fearless stances. Fighting for a Green New Deal, calling for a ceasefire to end the catastrophic violence in Gaza, pushing back against dark money, seeking to make billionaires pay their fair share—the list goes on and on, as do the reasons we need their voices on the floor of the House of Representatives. And that includes Rep. Summer Lee.

 

Taking on big issues, though, has earned Rep. Lee some big enemies—and Super PACs backed by MAGA acolytes are looking to oust her in her primary. That's why she needs MoveOn members to get her back—and why we need YOU.
