1️⃣ Michigan: Rejected recall petitions were refiled against House Democrats In Michigan, absurd recall petitions against House Democrats were refiled after being rejected. The state party caucus is working to fight these petitions and secure our majority → 2️⃣ Ohio: Ohioans blocked a Republican amendment attempting to weaken voter's voices In Ohio, Republicans failed to pass a proposal to require future amendments to garner 60% of the vote to pass. This is a huge win for abortion rights advocates as they look ahead to November's elections → 3️⃣ New Hampshire: The Republican nominee for next month's special election is an anti-abortion, anti-LGBTQ+, anti-vaxx extremist In the New Hampshire House, where the GOP only holds a three seat-majority, the Republican running in next month's special election holds extreme views on reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, and vaccines.
