Can Bernie count on you to contribute $27 to our campaign to help reach our goal of 15,000 contributions today? Every contribution gets us one step closer to winning the White House. Thank you.

Friends -

Our campaign has a single path to victory, and that is from lots of people contributing small donations.

That is quite honestly the ONLY way we will raise what is necessary to win this. So today we've set a daily goal – one that is very important to reach in order to keep us on track before the Iowa caucus.

We're aiming for 15,000 donations before midnight. We have a good chance at getting there, but only if 3,000 of those donations come from people like you contributing for the first time. That's why we're asking you today:

Can Bernie count on you to add your first $27 contribution today? November is generally a slow month for fundraising, and reaching 15,000 donations will ensure we don't fall behind.

Unlike some of the other candidates in this race, you won't catch Bernie holding private fundraising events asking rich people for money. And we're not going to have a super PAC.

What we are proving is that you don't need to do either of those things in order to run a successful campaign for president. But that means it will take an unprecedented number of donations to stay competitive in this race and ultimately win this election.

The strength of our movement comes from the number of people who are contributing to build this campaign. So far, more than one million donors stand with Bernie. If you can join them today by making your first contribution, together we'll reach our daily goal of 15,000 donations before midnight.

Contribute $27 today. Your donation will help us keep pace with our billionaire-funded opponents and put us on a path to win in Iowa, New Hampshire, and the states that follow.

Thanks for being a part of this campaign. There is nothing we cannot accomplish as long as we are in this together.

In solidarity,

Team Bernie
