please

Please add your name next to mine and demand Republicans end their systematic attacks on voting rights of African Americans and Latinos.
This is important. I need you to read it right away.

A court just struck down the Republican-drawn Texas Congressional map due to racial gerrymandering.

This is no doubt a progressive win. But this Texas map is part of the Republicans’ systematic effort to disenfranchise African American and Latino voters.

Republicans have gerrymandered congressional districts, closed polling places, purged voter rolls, and ended early voting.

And I’m especially angry because while Republicans condemn hate this week, they’re charging full speed ahead in their effort to silence African American and Latino voters.

In this critical moment for our country, I need you to band together and stop them.

Please add your name next to mine and demand Republicans end their systematic attacks on voting rights of African Americans and Latinos.

If Republicans continue to draw congressional maps in their favor, they hand themselves a permanent advantage in our elections.

But what they are doing isn’t just immoral, it’s racist.

They can’t condemn racism while they draw congressional maps aimed to suppress African American and Latino voters.

So please, join me to stop them.

Let’s raise our voices and get 5OO,OOO signatures. Join me and tell the Republicans that there’s no better moment to end their racial gerrymandering and voter suppression tactics.

Thank you,

Nancy
