I need to share an urgent update with you:
A federal judge rejected requests from voting rights advocates to extend the voter registration deadline in Florida in light of the devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
This is yet another shameless example of Republicans hiding behind the courts to suppress voter turnout across the country, and I have had enough.
Voters should be empowered to choose who represents them in government. Unfortunately, Republicans are doing everything in their power to suppress the vote. It’s more important than EVER to elect Democrats who believe in and defend our most sacred right to vote. That’s why I’m reaching out personally to ask if you can chip in $4 to the DCCC before their LAST End-of-Month deadline before the election and help take back the House. Can I count on your $4?
As Democrats, we see right through Republicans' anti-democratic ploys for power.
But even so, my fears for the future of our democracy remain as Trump and his allies inch closer to taking back complete control of our government.
We can't trust MAGA House Republicans to defend our freedoms. We must take back the House.
House Democrats are counting on this team’s unwavering commitment to overcome abominable and undemocratic attacks from the GOP and win back the majority. Will you rush in $4 to the DCCC today before their deadline to help elect Democrats and hand anti-democracy House Republicans a resounding defeat?
