Hey again. Faiz here, Bernie's campaign manager.
Just wanted to send a quick note before the night ends about this FEC fundraising deadline. As you know, it comes to a close in just about 24 hours.
Now, we've created a budget that gives us a great chance to win Iowa, win New Hampshire, and spin out of those states with a head of steam. If that happens, we'll be tough to beat.
But we're not where we need to be before this deadline to pull it off. So that's why we've been sending these emails. That's why I am emailing — because this 5 million goal is about the difference between victory and defeat.
So I am asking:
We'll let you know soon after this deadline ends how we did. But we still have a lot of ground to make up first. So thank you for chipping in.
