If you watched last night's debate, you heard a bit about how the various candidates for president are funding their campaigns.

Here is my promise to you:

We are not going to have a super PAC. We are not going to accept donations from billionaires. And I am not going to travel the country asking rich people for money.

But that means that in order to fund this campaign, I am counting on lots and lots of people giving small donations. That is truly the only way we will win.

We're facing an important FEC fundraising deadline at the end of this month, and shortly after that voting begins. So if you've been waiting for the right time to make your first contribution, there is no better day than today.

That is why I am asking you directly:

Can you please make a $2.70 contribution to our campaign? It takes an obscene amount of money to run a successful campaign for president, and every donation sends a message about the strength of our movement.

What we are building together is extraordinary. And as long as we keep it up, we're gonna win.
