I'm on Capitol Hill this morning, and I'm hearing Republicans have come to agreement on their tax scam bill.   I’m told all the text will be made public later today -- and then we’ll only have two days to read it over before voting.   And the Affordable Care Act repeal and a massive tax break for the wealthiest Americans made it into the final version.   It’s despicable.
