Every month, while our energy bills increase, yet every month Trump cancels more clean energy projects that promise relief.. After Trump and Republicans in Congress repealed our clean energy investments, attacking cheap, reliable, and affordable energy options, it's no surprise that they're doubling down on fossil fuels. They know investing in cheaper, cleaner energy could actually lower bills. But the pull to make Big Oil CEOs richer is more important to them. You might recall that during his campaign, President Trump promised to lower energy costs, saying, "Energy is going to bring us back." Yet, energy prices are skyrocketing, leaving Americans to foot the bill, and now the whole economy is getting shaky.
