Three actions you can take to help build peace today.

Here's what comes next.

Win Without War

Pamela: Ceasefires save lives, and we welcome any action that stops the violence. After more than a week of devastating strikes, an Israel-Iran ceasefire is a positive and urgently needed step, but the situation remains fragile.

We must remain vigilant and ready to push back on ANY attempts by this administration to drag us into a devastating, unnecessary war. Because when we come together, we are powerful enough to stop wars.

Make no mistake: Trump broke his campaign promises and made a bet that war would be a political win — but with every act of protest, petition signature, and call to Congress, we showed him how wrong he was.

Over the past few days, the anti-war majority came out in full force, and we're not stopping now. The potential for the violence to resume is high, and we can't risk the chance that Trump orders or supports further military action. So here's what comes next, and how you can help:

  • 📣 SPEAK OUT. Urgently needed war powers resolutions that block Trump from further escalation and demand diplomacy have already been introduced in both houses of Congress. Sign now to help ensure they get passed, and quickly. If you've already signed, consider growing our power by forwarding this message to five friends!
  • ☮️ FUEL THE WORK. Our small team has been working 24/7 day and night, but we don't work alone — we depend on the generosity of activists like you. The next phase of the fight is already beginning. Please consider rushing an urgent donation now.
  • 💪 BUILD POWER. Tonight lawmakers, Indivisible, MoveOn, Working Families Power, and Win Without War are hosting an urgent call, "Healthcare Not Warfare". Together, we'll unpack this moment and strategize on what comes next. RSVP now and join us at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT.

Pamela, when a whole movement of people fed up with the failed military-first status quo speaks out, decision-makers understand that it's time to try something new.

Together, we're reminding DC decision-makers that there's an alternate path to the failed military-first playbook that led us into wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Together, we'll choose a new way forward, and build a world where everyone can thrive without the threat of violence.

Thank you for working for peace,
The Win Without War team
