We need President Biden to enshrine equal rights for women and the LGBTQIA+ community—before it's too late.

Pamela, We have less than 40 days until Donald Trump and his allies bring their sexist, anti-trans rhetoric back to the White House. That means President Biden has one last chance to publish the ERA and enshrine equal rights for women and the LGBTQIA+ community. The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) provides Constitutional protection against discrimination on the basis of sex. And as of January 2022, the ERA has met all constitutional requirements to become the 28th Amendment. But the previous Archivist of the United States refused to publish it. Send a letter telling President Biden to enshrine the ERA before it's too late.
