Congress isn't dysfunctional

There are just dysfunctional people in Congress.

Friend, At long last, we passed a foreign aid bill to support Ukraine and continue America's global leadership. It proves one of my core beliefs: Congress isn't dysfunctional. There are just dysfunctional people in Congress. And these dysfunctional people are MAGA extremists. That's why we must hold our Democratic Senate Majority to continue delivering for the people -- not let their circus act sideline more action.
