RE: hurricane relief (how to help)

In the wake of horrific natural disasters in our backyard, we’ve seen the absolute best of America.

And we’re reminded of words from President Obama:

"Americans always answer the call." -Barack Obama

With thousands still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and millions more seeing the extent of the damage from Hurricane Michael, there’s so much work left to do.

And we mean it when we say that it’s never been easier to make a difference.

Aid organizations have been on the ground since the beginning and will continue to be until all the work is done.

Here are just a few that are doing amazing work:

American Red Cross
American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)
Americares
Direct Relief
Habitat for Humanity
The Humane Society
World Central Kitchen

Americans continue to prove that despite adversity, we will always -- ALWAYS -- be there for one another.

Thank you for lending a hand to your fellow Americans,
