Surely, the entire Bill of Rights can't be at stake, right? Even though it may sound far-fetched, it is entirely possible. That's because once enough states call for Article V, there are no rules governing what the convention can do. As you read this, wealthy special interests are spending millions to pass Article V bills across the country. These same special interests will then be able to use their money to influence legislators if an Article V Convention is called, rewriting the Constitution to their own benefit. If we're going to stand a chance against all the new calls for Article V, we're going to have to pull out all the stops.
