Now through the JUDGES Act, they would create 22 new judgeships for Trump to fill before his term concludes. Conservative billionaires have spent millions of dollars over the last few decades to reshape the Supreme Court―and lower courts―in their plutocratic image. Now more than ever, we need checks and balances in our judicial branch. Tell your representatives to oppose the dangerous JUDGES Act. Oppose the JUDGES Act → If the JUDGES Act passes, Trump will find new ways to break the law. I know that doesn't sound possible, but if Republicans get their way, Trump will have even more power over the judiciary branch, giving him free rein to appoint loyalists, evade accountability and shape laws in our country for decades to come.
