Friend -- On August 15th, we'll celebrate Social Security's 88th birthday. Taking care of our seniors is an unwavering commitment we've kept since 1935 – it's a legacy I'm proud to support and uphold. But Republicans keep targeting Social Security, with some MAGA extremists planning to end it entirely. They would turn their backs on our seniors and all the generations after them. It's unacceptable – and frankly un-American. Ahead of the 88th anniversary of Social Security, sign my petition to show your support for this life-changing program. Yet Republicans, both those in Congress and those running for president, are promising to lower or even eliminate Social Security benefits.
