Hey Pamela, A lot of folks are saying a candidate like me can't win in Pennsylvania. That a Black gay man who grew up struggling in the North Philly projects could never become a U.S. Senator. That swearing off all money from fossil fuels and corporate PACs is crazy. But with your support, we can prove them wrong. If you believe it's time for working people to have a voice of our own in the Senate, I would be honored to have your personal endorsement. Will you add your name below if you're with me? With Republican Pat Toomey retiring, Pennsylvania's Senate race is the most important race of 2022. CNN ranks this seat as the most likely to flip, and our Democratic Senate majority is on the line. It's clear we need more working people in the Senate if we're going to make progress on health care, climate change, gun safety, affordable college, and our whole progressive agenda. I know what it's like to work a minimum wage job, face a mountain of student loan debt, and struggle tooth and nail for stable housing. So I've seen first-hand how Washington has failed folks like us, and I'm running to fight for working families like mine. It's going to be a tough fight, but I'm not worried. I'm used to tough fights. In 2018, I was elected as the first openly LGBTQ+ person of color and one of the youngest members elected to the Pennsylvania General Assembly. I've spent my time in Harrisburg fighting for the third-poorest district in PA, my North Philly community — and now I'm ready to take this fight to Washington. If we can build a huge coalition of working people — from Pennsylvania and all across this country — I know we'll have what it takes to win. And I hope you'll be a part of it, Pamela, starting today. If you're with us, will you endorse our working-people powered movement? It would mean the world to have your support. Thanks for reading.
